The Situation

The Integrative Medicine service combines modern medicine with non-traditional cancer treatments such as acupuncture, meditation and massage therapy. The service has a small but loyal patient base and the majority of hospital patients never hear about the service. The goal of the marketing video was to atttract new patients, thereby improving health outcomes.

Our Approach

We spent time with the Integrative Medicine team learning about their offerings and met with patients to understand what makes this service special. With this information we created a marketing video which shows the unique care environment including its warm surroundings and caring staff while addressing important patient issues such as safety, efficacy and insurance coverage.
